I had the absolute pleasure of speaking with Deb Frye (a former Jersey Girl just like myself). I had a concrete patio pour w/cage by a contractor and was completely scammed. In my attempt to rectify this horrible situation, I spoke with a gentlemen named Kip from another company who said I absolutely need to speak to Deb Frye and he gave her my number. She called me and spent at least an hour talking me off the ledge and gave me so much information regarding the next steps. She was so kind, knowledgeable and caring. She gave me so many paths and options and provided the names of people she trusted to move forward. I am so grateful that she took time out of her busy day to reach out and try to help. We need more people like Deb Frye in this world. She let me know that everything will eventually work out and I now feel confident she put me on the right path. Thank you Deb!
