    Warranty Claim Instructions

    To submit a warranty claim, please provide clear photos and a short video showing the issue. Our team will review your submission and respond within 2 business days. A diagnosis fee may apply. If a site visit is required, a technician will be scheduled within approximately 2 weeks, and you will be notified of the date and time in advance. After the inspection, a diagnostic report will be prepared. If the issue is covered under warranty, the repair will be scheduled promptly. Please place “ScreenIT” on the gate so our team can easily identify the property until the work is completed.
