ScreenIT® warrants to the original purchaser that your Dreamscape® aluminum pool cage enclosure — including all Dreamscape® factory powder-coated aluminum frame extrusions (bronze or white), Dreamlock™ marine-grade stainless steel fasteners, ConcealCap™ footer plates, SkyVault™ raised-roof uprights, and structural super-gutter attachment system — will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service as follows:
Frame & Materials: 10 Year Factory Direct & 1 to 5 Year Labor/Workmanship Warranty
- 100% parts for 10 full years from the date of substantial completion.
- Base, Gutters, Pool Remodeling or Repairs 1 Year
- Max 2 Year
- Fortress 3 Year

- Repair or replacement of any covered component that fails due to manufacturing or workmanship defects.
To ensure your safety and give you an honest repair estimate, we start with an ENCLOSURE DIAGNOSTIC ASSESSMENT of the entire cage before determining the warranty.
If the repair is a warranty item, you will be credited for the diagnostic fee. The entire cage inspection summary of findings, including images will be sent to you within 2 working days of the inspection.
What Is Not Covered (Normal Exclusions)
- Damage caused by hurricanes, named storms, fallen trees, golf balls, lawn equipment, rodents or other animals chewing or clawing the Superscreen® fabric, high winds related to screen panel blowout, or acts of God
- Abuse, alterations, or repairs by anyone other than ScreenIT® factory-certified crews
- Corrosion caused by improper pool chemistry, fertilizers, or other chemicals is not typical of normal residential pool use
- Fading of powder-coat finish beyond normal weathering (color is warranted not to peel, crack, or blister)
- Damage to Superscreen® fabric from pets, sharp objects, open flame, pressure washing, or any external force

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. ScreenIT® reserves the right to improve or modify components without obligation to update previously manufactured enclosures.
