I had the absolute pleasure of speaking with Deb Frye (a former Jersey Girl just like myself). I had a concrete patio pour w/cage by a contractor and was completely scammed. She called me and spent at least an hour talking me off the ledge and gave me so much information regarding the next steps. She was so kind, knowledgeable and caring.
