How often is the service performed? +

Once per year, scheduled in advance with our team. We’ll work with you to find a convenient time that fits your schedule.

Does the care plan cover repairs? +

The plan includes inspection and cleaning. If repairs are needed, they will be quoted separately. However, the early detection from our inspections often prevents major repairs from being necessary.

Can I cancel the care plan? +

You agree to enter into an annual contract for your selected level of service. You will be billed monthly for this annual contract and you can cancel with two calendar months notice by contacting success@screenitinc.com or text us 239-301-0180

What if I didn't buy my pool cage from ScreenIT®? +

We can still service your pool cage! Our care plan works with most pool enclosures. Contact us for an evaluation to ensure compatibility.

What happens if you find damage during inspection? +

We’ll notify you immediately with detailed photos and a quote for any necessary repairs. You decide whether to proceed, and there’s no obligation. The goal is to catch small issues before they become expensive problems.

Is the soft wash cleaning safe for all screen types? +

Yes! Our citrus-based soft wash system is specifically designed for cages and won’t damage any standard screen material, fasteners, or aluminum framing.

I had the absolute pleasure of speaking with Deb Frye (a former Jersey Girl just like myself). I had a concrete patio pour w/cage by a contractor and was completely scammed. In my attempt to rectify this horrible situation, I spoke with a gentlemen named Kip from another company who said I absolutely need to speak to Deb Frye and he gave her my number. She called me and spent at least an hour talking me off the ledge and gave me so much information regarding the next steps. She was so kind, knowledgeable and caring. She gave me so many paths and options and provided the names of people she trusted to move forward. I am so grateful that she took time out of her busy day to reach out and try to help.
